The CPSU's Federal Council has elected Thirza White as the new Federal President of the CPSU SPSF Group, following the re-election of Stewart Little as Federal Secretary.
The CPSU is the union representing workers at the Office of the National Rail Safety Regulator. We’re a federal union comprising CPSU/PSA branches across the country. We’re working to secure the best possible outcome from these negotiations – one that's fair to workers and addresses the shortcomings of the current EBA.

Below you’ll find a QR code to a short survey. It asks for you views on key aspects of the current EBA, as well as some new ideas. There’s also space to add your own suggestions.
This survey is confidential. While we ask for your contact details so we can follow up on any questions, all feedback will be anonymised when developing our claims. The survey deadline is Tuesday 18 March (close of business, local time).
The bargaining committee met for the first time on 27 February and will meet again 27 March. Our union has agreed to have our log of claims (our list of asks) ready for that meeting – so we need your feedback now.
Share the survey with your colleagues
While the CPSU is the only union representing ONRSR workers, the bargaining committee includes seven employee bargaining reps. These reps, generally nominated by their colleagues, are also gathering feedback for a log of claims. The CPSU has a strong track record of working with employee reps to deliver outcomes for workers – because, at the end of the day, we’re all representing the same workforce.
